HTL Essentials Eyelash Liquid Tint Oxidant 3% 50ml

Create the right blend of colour for the delicate eye area using HTL liquid tint oxidant . When added to the chosen tinting shade & mixed together, it will leave a smooth cream consistency for easy application and delivering a perfect long lasting colour result every time.

HTL Liquid Oxidant is to be used in conjunction with HTL Eyelash & Brow Tint . Contains Hydrogen Peroxide.

Wear suitable gloves, Avoid contact with eyes. If product does come into contact with eyes rinse immediately with water.
